You may never know how your
display of gratitude and excitement toward the Lord
will change someone's life.
Don't be afraid to express your
gratitude. There are so many ways to praise God, but
if you need some help, here are five suggestions to
get you started:
(1) When someone asks a “How
did you accomplish ___,” question, answer by
starting with, “Well, it really was God who did it.
Here's how…”
(2) Smile and greet someone as
though you are filled with joy and laughter, and,
when the time comes to tell the person why,
tell them what God has done for you.
(3) When in the assembly of
church, raise your hands, stand, smile, join in the
singing, or clap your hands.
(4) Hold hands and pray with
someone.
(5) Offer to give a testimony
of a difficult time that turned out not exactly in
your favor, but for your ultimate good.
Psalm 111: 1 -
Praise the LORD. I will extol (give thanks unto) the
LORD with all my heart in the council of the upright
and in the assembly.
