People want to do wonderful things. What better source of encouragement exists than the Word of God and the testimony of Jesus Christ?

The desire for inspiration is what led to Cultivating People. A few years ago, a handful of friends and coworkers would circulate a devotional email, Just for Me, to one another on a weekly basis. That devotional has grown into this website, hundreds of email forwards, and the addition of other Bible-based, inspirational writings.

Our desire is to be glad in heart and walk in the true way - to take great joy in being kind to others, and to send others on their way well cared for.
